Schedule a free health and wellness consultation with LightOn Radiance and start your journey towards a healthier you. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your wellness goals, assess your current state, and create a personalized plan to help you achieve optimum health and radiance. It’s the first step towards a brighter, healthier future.


Cancellation Policy

**LightOn Radiance Booking Policy** To book a session with LightOn Radiance, please contact us directly via phone or inquire via email. **Availability:** - **Days:** Monday - Friday - **Hours:** 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM **Session Duration:** - Standard sessions are in one-hour increments. - Multiple hour sessions may be available upon request. **Service Locations:** - LightOn Radiance offers destination or in-home concierge services. - Cathy will arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to ensure your session starts promptly. Payment is expected in full at the time of service. For booking and inquiries, please reach out to us through the following methods: - **Phone:** 850-306-0295 - **Email:** cathy@lightonradiance.com **Cancellation Policy** We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients as best as we can. To ensure that our services run smoothly for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. **Notice Period**: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. 2. **Method of Cancellation**: Cancellations can be made by calling our office at [Your Contact Number] or by emailing us at cathy@lightonradiance.com. Please provide your name, appointment date and time, and the reason for cancellation. 3. **Late Cancellations and No-Shows**: If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment or do not show up, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. This fee is necessary to compensate our staff for their time and to cover the loss of the appointment slot. 4. **Refunds**: For prepaid services, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours in advance. For cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, the cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. 5. **Emergency Situations**: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency and need to cancel within the 12-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. 6. **Confirmation**: You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email or phone. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please follow up to ensure your cancellation has been processed.
