Winter Solstice Inbound Yoga & Sound

LightOn Radiance invites you to welcome the increase of sunlight and longer days. December 21 marks the Winter Solstice and also the closing of another year. This special class will invite you to honor the lessons and blessings of 2024 and clear space within you to receive abundance in 2025.

LightOn Radiance uses sound immersion headphone technology to deeply connect you to movements and meditation, making this class very personal and gratifying. Cathy’s voice will soothingly guide you while a carefully curated playlist designed to evoke hope and a creative spirit for the coming year are played gently into your senses. 

Please bring your yoga mat and dress warmly. It will be a lovely morning.
